Accessibility statement
Vilarnau Town Council is committed to making this complaints and suggestions box accessible, in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 on the accessibility of public-sector websites and mobile apps.
Compliance status
This service partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA (standard EN 301 549:2022). It was designed and tested to meet it (keyboard navigation, contrast, form labels, alternative text and small screens), but no external audit has been carried out yet.

You can report any accessibility problem or ask for the information in an accessible format to the town hall, including through this very box.
Enforcement procedure
If, after reporting, the answer is not satisfactory, you can complain to the accessibility unit of the town hall or of the competent administration, under article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018.
