Data protection

Controller:
Vilarnau Town Council
Purpose:
Handling and answering your complaint or suggestion, and emailing you at every status change.
Legal basis:
Public-interest task and exercise of official authority (art. 6(1)(e) GDPR).
Recipients:
The town hall staff handling the request. En Antena Produccions SL (EnaInbox) acts as data processor. No data is passed on to third parties; the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile's anti-robot check.
Retention:
Email, name and photos are deleted 24 months after the request is closed; unconfirmed requests after 30 days.
Rights:
Access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction, with the town hall; you can also complain to the data protection authority (APDCAT or AEPD).
